摘要
分析了气水分离器的通流特性对船舶主柴油机进气增压系统的影响,指出了气水分离器的科学设计对增压系统乃至主机的性能都有着直接的重要作用,进而借助于计算流体力学方法对气水分离器的内部流动进行了数值模拟.采用的计算方法从根本上避免了直角坐标网格的锯齿形边界所诱发的强烈湍流作用,得出了疏水槽拐角处小扩散段的存在抑制了大涡的发生,也使流动阻力大为下降的结论.指出前弯型疏水槽是气水分离器结构设计的必然选择,而前弯的弯钩型疏水槽又是一种减阻效果最明显、疏排水性能最好的气水分离器结构.
In this paper, the flowing specific property inside the moisture separator has been analyzed, the supercharging performance of marine diesel engine would be influenced by which, and it is pointed out that the scientific design of moisture separator has the direct important effect to the supercharging system. The numerical flow field has been simulated by using of CFD method, and the strong turbulent flow happened from the zigzag boundary in the Cartesian coordinate has been avoided. The small diffusion section of the drain slot corner has repressed the occurring of large vortex, and it also makes resistance descend very much. It is pointed out that the forward curved drain slot of model is the certain selection of the moisture separator structure design, and the drain slot of that type is also the best structure of moisture separator in reducing resistance and draining off water.
