摘要 定位模拟和大田试验的结果表明,冬种田过氧化氧酶、纤维素酶、脲酶、磷酸酶的活性均强于冬泡田·在施肥处理中,除过氧化氢酶外,均为高量绿肥区强·不同地下水位相比则低水位的酶活性强·土壤的磷酸酶含量与土壤pH值和有机磷中的活性部分、过氧化氢酶与土壤氧化还原状况有密切的相关性·从结果明显看出磷酸酶活性能表征土壤有效磷量水平,可作为评价土壤磷素肥力的指标。 A position-fixed modelling experiment and a field investigation were conducted to study effects of rice-based cropping systems,groundwater level and green manure application rate on activities of four soil enzymes. Hydrogen pe- roxidase,cellulosase,urease and phosphatase were more active in soil in the cro- pping systems of early rice-late rice-winter rape crop and early rice-late rice- winter-green manure than that of early rice-late rice-winter flooding. Under most green manure application treatments,the activity of three above-mentioned enzy- mes except hydrogen peroxidase was strong. Comparison of two groundwater level treatments showed that activity of all four enzymes was stronger in low groundwater level than in high groundrawater level,Correlation study demonstrated that activity of soil phosphotases] was correlated with soil pH and labile organic P and activity of soil hydrogen peroxidase was correlated with total soil reducing substances significantly (at 0.01 level).Activity of soil phosphatase could characterize the level of soil available P and could be served as an index of soil P fertility.
