摘要
液压螺旋压力机的液动机油腔由卸压状态转换为高压的压力瞬变过程中,若控制不当,必然会产生剧烈的液压冲击.本文分析了液动机作直线运动、螺旋运动和旋转运动的三种液压螺旋压力机液压冲击的控制机理及方法,建立了计算模型,可使液压系统具有运行平稳的优良特性.
During pressure transient, when the pressure in the oil chamber of the hydraulic actuator in a hydraulic screw press is transferred from the pressure relief state to a state of taking in high pressure oil, violent hydraulic shock will be inevitable if an improper control method is used. The control mechanism and method for the hydraulic shock in three different types of hydraulic screw press with reciprocating motion, helical motion and rotary motion respectively are analyzed and a calculating model has been devel-oped. It will enable the hydraulic system to possess excellent characteristic of smooth operation.
