摘要
根据并行工程要求,本文提出以特征描述产品几何模型的参量化模型.可由计算机将直观表达设计意图的参量图转化为集合表示,进而求解得出所需的模型.本文提出的自动建模技术已成功运用于实践.
To meet the need of concurrent design, the geometric model of a product ought to be a parametrized model described by features. The possibility of automatically constructing a parametrized geometry model has been investigated and the auto-modelling principle is given. The parametrized geometry model of a product can be described by a parametric graph which can be stored as sets in a computer. The features instanced in the parametric graph are digitized and their dimensions and positions are determined by specific values. These values are mapped into variables by a computer and linear equations can be automatically worked out with the dimensioning information shown in the graph. The equations can be solved with the computer so that the magnitudes and positions of features are expressed in a parametrized form. The parametrized geometry model based on the features is constructed.
