依南地区煤系地层钻井技术 被引量:5

摘要 采取控制合理的钻井液密度 ,使用KCl和正电胶 (MMH)加强化学封堵 ,聚醚多元醇 (EP - 5 5 3)加强物理化学封堵 ,磺化沥青、适当软化点的阳离子乳化沥青和氧化沥青加强物理封堵的钻井液体系 ,配合恰当的钻井技术措施 ,在库车坳陷煤系地层钻井中应用 ,有效地控制了煤系地层的坍塌 ,对于同类地区及破碎性地层的钻井有借鉴作用。 To prevent coalbed formations from collapsing,many measures and optimum drilling fluid systems have been applied to such formations,such as controlling proper drilling fluid density,applying KCl and MMH to plug chemically,polyether polyatomic alcohol(EP-553)to plug physi-chemically,applying sulfonate asphalt,oxidized asphalt to plug physically.The results of measures and drillig fluid systems applied are very effective to control coalbed formations collapse in KuChe Depression,and also provides good suggestion for drilling in similar area and failure formations.
