摘要
1 盆架冲压工艺的计算机辅助设计盆架是扬声器的一个主要构件,形状复杂且料薄.其冲压工艺设计包括冲压工艺方案的制订、工序数与工序尺寸的计算等.工艺设计不仅决定了模具结构型式,而且直接影响到产品质量.手工设计模具时,完全凭人的经验来制订工艺方案,无一套可循的公式.建立模具CAD/CAM时过去一般采用交互设计的方法,即应用交互图形技术与菜单系统,由人来决定冲压工艺方案(包括冲压工序性质、工序顺序等),并配合适当计算功能决定工序数与工序尺寸.这种方法的优点是实用可靠,缺点是在计算机上所费时间较多.
This paper is concerned with the composition, the design and the management of a CAD/CAM system for stamping and die for the diffuser support of a loudspeaker. Group technology is used for the stamping process planning to guarantee reliability and to simplify the constructional design of the die. The concept of the engineering database is employed in information management. This system is developed on a type 386 microcomputer.
