摘要
根据孤东油田开发需要 ,借助砂粒在流体 (水和油 )中沉降实验 ,研究砂粒在流动液体中的运动规律 ,确立了砂粒沉降速度与井眼流体平均速度间的相关关系式 ,建立合理的数学模型。同时结合常规有杆泵抽油井生产参数优化设计的方法 ,以油井携砂安全生产为前提 ,提出了一套有杆泵抽油井在携砂生产条件下的参数优化设计理论 ,并在孤东油田应用 ,取得阶段成果 ,为出砂油井管理提供有益探索。
On the basis of the development of Gudong Oilfield,the move law of sand grain in flowing fluid is studied by virtue of settling experiment of sand grain in fluid(water and oil).The relevant relational expression between settling velocity of sand grain and average velocity of well bore fluid is established.And the reasonable mathematical model is also built.At the same time,on the premise of safe prop-carrying producing of oil wells and in combination with optimizing method of producing parameter for conventional rod pumping wells,a set of parameters optimizing design theories of rod pumping wells are proposed under the condition of prop-carrying producing.Through application of the theory in Gudong Oilfield,some phase outcomes are got and it supplies helpful exploration for the management of sand wells.
