摘要
介绍了KKQ - 15 0型液压式扩眼器的结构、性能、工作原理及其在直井中的应用情况 ,并且结合该种工具首次在定向井—柴参 1侧 1井扩眼施工的现场应用 ,给出了该工具在定向井中实施扩眼作业的难点和特殊性 ,分析总结出作业失败的原因 ,提出了相应的对策与解决办法 ,为今后在定向井中成功应用该类工具提供一定的借鉴。
The article introduces the structure,properties and working principle of type KKQ-150 hydraulic reamer tool and its application in vertical well.Through its first use in a directional well Caican-1 ce-1,the difficulties and particularity in the reaming operation is proposed.The reasons that caused the failure in the reaming process in this well are analyzed,and corresponding games for solving the problem are given finally to provide some reference when using the same tool in directional well in the future.
