固体润滑剂在中深定向井中降摩阻的现场试验 被引量:5

摘要 在新场上沙溪庙组气藏的中深定向井施工中 ,使用高密度的钻井液 ,存在起下钻摩阻大、测井和下套管困难等问题。为解决这些问题 ,通过室内评价实验筛选玻璃微珠作为固体润滑剂 ,玻璃微珠具有明显的降摩阻作用。在川孝 16 9- 3和竹探 2进行了固体润滑剂现场试验 ,试验结果证实玻璃微珠能明显地降低起下钻摩阻 ,保证测井和下套管一次成功。加入玻璃微珠前后 ,钻井液性能变化很小。现该项技术正在新场气田中推广应用。 When directional medium-depth wells are drilled,high density drilling fluid is used,the problems take place that frictional resistance is high during trip and running casing and well logging are difficult.In order to resolve these problems,glass fine is selected as solid lubricant by lab evaluation test.It has evident effect of reducing frictional resistance.Field test of solid lubricant were done in Chuanxiao 169-3 and Zhutan 2,effect of glass fine confirmed by test result are as follows:①It can reduce frictional resistance during trip,②Running casing and well logging are successful on first run,③Performances of drilling fluid change at tiny range between before and after adding glass fine.The technique is used in Xinchang gas field.
