摘要
本文根据液压超载保护装置的工作原理建立了数学模型,通过计算机的仿真计算,模拟了活塞位移和下腔油压随时间变化的特性,油液粘度以及结构参数对超载响应时间的影响.根据所需性能要求,采用仿真方法设计,可优化结构、缩短调整周期,获得满意的结果.
A mathematical model has been developed using the operating principle of the hydraulic pressure overload protector. The relation between the piston displacement and time and that between the hydraulic pressure and time are simulated on a computer. The effect of fluid viscosity and the structual parameter on the responding time when overload occurs has also been simulated.
