摘要
本文对离合器式螺旋压力机的关键部分——离合器惯性快速脱开装置进行了理论分析和试验研究,设计制造了一台惯性控制器模拟装置,并对其作了数字仿真和大量测试.证明了此种控制器的可靠性;确定了脱开时间与各种参数,如主螺杆角加速度、惯性块转动惯量等的关系和控制气压对脱开时刻的调节作用,为惯性控制器的实用设计提供了理论基础和依据.
Theoretical and experimental investigations have been carried out on an: inertial controller.a. key part in the clutch-controlled screw press. A simulating device has been made and digital simulation as well as large numbers of tests show that the inertial controller is reliable. The disengaging time of the clutch and some parameters of the inertial controller have been determined; It is proved that with the control of gas, pressure effected, the time at which the clutch begins to disengage can be adjusted.
