摘要
本文描述了一种主要用于石油测井的井壁数字超声成象系统,论述了井下仪器、地面设备和室内微机图象处理系统的工作原理,介绍了在测量裸眼井与套管井方面的应用效果.井下仪的最高环境温度可达175℃,可测井径为100~250mm,图象分辨力为512×512,井径测量精度为1mm.可用该系统测量井壁岩层裂纹、孔洞和套管的腐蚀、射孔等情况;同时还可以精确描绘井眼的截面图形.实际应用表明,该系统有良好的地质应用效果.
The principle of a digital ultrasonic imagery system applied mainly to the side wall in petroleum logging, the borehole instrumentation, the land facilities, the microcomputer image processing system as well as the logging results in cased well and bare well are described. The maximum ambient temperature for borehole instrurents is as high as 175℃ and the well diameter allowed is 100mm to 250mm. The image distinguishability is 512×512. The measurement accuracy of borehole diameter is 1mm. The system developed is capable of identifying any cracks and holes in the side wall stratum or performance and etching in a cased well. It can also be used to depict accurately the cross-sectional view of the well pit wall. Applications show that this system gives satisfactory geological logs.
