国内高等级子午线轮胎硫化机的开发现状

Present developing condition of domestic curing press for high grade radial tire

为适应高等级子午线轮胎的硫化要求,对我国传统机械式硫化机进行了大胆创新,开发出:垂直平移机械式硫化机系列、垂直升降机械式硫化机系列、液压硫化机系列三大系列8种型号的硫化机,本文对这三类系列机做了概述,并对同规格的三类机型的主要技术参数作了比较,通过轮胎厂的使用证明其达到了预期的目的,填补了国内空白。

In order to meet the requirement of curing high grade of radial tire, modified our traditional mechanical curing press, we developed three series with 8 kinds of curing press eg: vertical shifting mechanical curing press series; vertical lifting mechanical curing press series and hydraulic curing press series. This paper describes the three series and comparied the sizes and main technical parameters by the practice of tire factory. Which fulfilled the domestic field.
