摘要
本文用有限元方法对曲轴工件系统进行了模态分析,求出了前六阶模态参数.并结合激振实验和切削实验揭示了生产实际中加工曲轴时端面跳动量超差的原因,还说明当进给量较大时异形长轴工件系统是整个加工系统中的最薄弱环节.
A modal analysis using the finite element method is carried out for a crankshaft workpiece system. Six lowest order modal'parameters have been obtained. From the results of exciting and cutting experiments and an analysis of the vibration source, it has been found that the main frequency of vibration is the first-order modal natural frequency of the workpiece system when the type Mx-4 lathe is in a normal state. It is obvious that the dominant axial deformation of the first-order modality plays an important role in the overproof of end face runout during the machining of crankshafts. Measures to improve the runout are suggested. These measures have been taken by the Second Automobile Works of China and satisfactory results are reported. The reason why the vibration and noise are not so serious during the machining of steel crankshafts in other countries with the same kind of machine tool is discussed.
