摘要
利用Flutank玻璃熔制过程三维计算机软件研究了窑坎对配合料熔化、玻璃液澄清、均化质量的影响 ;并从改善玻璃熔制条件及降低窑坎蚀损两方面 ,讨论了窑坎的位置、高度及形状。
Influences of weir on batch melting, glass refining as well as glass homogeneity were studied by using the Flutank three-dimensional simulating software about glass melting. The position, height and shape of weir were discussed both on improving the glass melting and on decreasing the erosion of weir .
