Imitation grain profile was prepared by adding the stabilizer, lubricant, foaming agent, plasticizer, modifier and so on in PVC. The processing of the profile of PVC imitation grain was introduced, the forming mechanism of the imitation grain and the main control method were discussed, and the relationship between the forming of the grain and the mechanical strength of the profile was also discussed.
