摘要
本文采用宽刀刃、横进给方式在车床上进行切削噪声试验.试验结果发现,切削噪声与动态切削力之间具有极强的相关性,切削噪声的第一谱峰频率接近于工件系统的第一阶模态固有频率.这一新的重要发现将切削噪声与切削振动、切削力联系起来,为切削噪声动态特性的研究提供了突破口.
Experiments on cutting noise have been performed on lathes with widened tools and plunge turning. It has been found that there is a close correlation between the cutting noise and the dynamic cutting force and that the first spectral frequency of cutting noise is close to the first-order modal frequency of the workpiece system. This is a new discovery on cutting noise dynamics.
