摘要
本文详细分析了钢丝绳励磁磁路的结构,给出了单回路励磁磁路结构尺寸的计算方法,推导出钢丝绳磁化段表面漏磁计算公式.
In order to find a design method for the size of a single-loop magnetic circuit which magnetizes a wire rope, the circuit structure is discussed. The formulae for surface leakage field distribution around the magnetized part of the ropes are derived. To choose a small magnetic leakage and to optimize magnetic length Lm are two keys for design of a small-sized electromagnetic sensor to test the broken strands in steel wire ropes.
