STUDY ON PP SPECIALITY FOR WATER PIPES

通过剖析进口PPR(无规共聚聚丙烯 )管材料的性能选择了一种国产的市售PPR树脂为基料 ,经耐热水萃取及烘箱热老化试验确定了较佳的稳定剂配方。对专用料及其挤出的管材性能分析测试结果表明 。

By analysing properties of the imported PPR(random polypropylene) materials for water pipes ,a similiar domestic PPR resin was selected out for research. By extraction with hot water and oven ageing, the better stabilizer system was determined. The analyses and characterization of both the speciality and the pipe made of it indicated that the properties of the speciality equals that of imported materials.
