石油炼制中磷酸酯类抗焦剂的合成及复合配方的研制

Research on Organic Phosphate Antifoulant and its Compound in Petroleum Refining

针对石油炼制中装置的结焦问题 ,研制合成了磷酸酯类抗焦剂 ,并将其与抗氧剂BH - 2 0 2进行了复配 ,对其进行抗焦性能测试。结果表明 :磷酸酯类抗焦剂具有良好的抗焦性能 ;而复合抗焦剂较国内抗焦剂N - 15的抗焦能力提高 3～ 4倍 ,与国外的抗焦剂OTBP相比 ,抗焦能力提高 5 0

Aiming at the coking problem happened in the units of petroleum refining,antifoulant POR is synthesized,and is compounded with the anti-oxygenant BH-202.Tests are made about their performance of anti-fouling and the result shows that the antifoulant POR has a well performance of anti-fouling.The compound POR has increased the antifouling about 50% more than the imported OTBP.
