摘要
介绍了一种便携式吸附空气取水器 ,以及为了改进现有吸附剂的取水性能研制的一种由粗孔球形硅胶和氯化钙组成的新型复合吸附剂SiO2 ·xH2 O·yCaCl2 ,对氯化钙质量分数分别为 34.9%和 4 3.3%的复合吸附剂样品A ,B。在 2 5℃相对湿度 5 0 %空气中 ,对两个样品和常用吸附剂进行了吸附对比实验 ,结果表明 :复合吸附剂B的平衡吸附量xe 可达 0 .4 5 15kg kg ,是粗孔球形硅胶的 4 .9倍、细孔球形硅胶的 2 .0倍、分子筛 13X的2 2倍。吸附曲线和 80℃下的解吸曲线表明复合吸附剂具有更高的吸水量、更快的吸附和解吸速度 ,可用太阳能加热解吸 ,是一种理想的取水用吸附剂。
In order to improve adsorbent properties,new composite adsorbent SiO 2· x H 2O· y CaCl 2 which is composed of macro-pore silica gel and CaCl 2 is proposed.Two samples A and B with CaCl 2 wt.34.9% and 43.3% are prepared respectively.In the case of air with temperature 25?℃ and relative humidity 50%,the adsorption curves of the two samples are compared with common adsorbents(macro-pore silica gel,micro-pore silica gel and synthetic zeolite 13X).Experimental results show:The equilibrium adsorbate uptake x e sample B can reach to 0.451?5 kgH 2O/kg adsorbent,and the equilibrium adsorbate uptake is 4.9 times that of macro-pore silica gel,2.0 times that of micro-pore silica gel,and 2.2 times that of synthetic zeolite 13X.Adsorption curves and desorption curves with 80?℃ show that the new composite adsorbent possesses higher water adsorption capacity,faster adsorption rate and faster desorption rate than the common adsorbents,and it can be regenerated with 80?℃.Therefore,the composite adsorbent can be desorbed by solar energy,and is a kind of ideal adsorbent to extract water from atmosphere.
