微米级单分散聚苯乙烯微球的研究 被引量:2

Preparation and Characterization of Monodisperse Polystyrene Microspheres with Micron Size

摘要 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂、无水乙醇为反应介质、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂 ,采用分散聚合的方法 ,通过优化反应条件 ,成功制备出了粒径范围为 1~ 10 μm不同粒径级别的单分散 (分散系数≤ 5 % )聚苯乙烯微球。所制备的聚苯乙烯微球具有良好的球形度 ,且表面非常光滑 ,无破损 。 Monodisperse (coefficient of variation ε ≤5%) polystyrene microspheres in the size range of 1.0~10?μm are prepared by dispersion polymerization in ethyl alcohol reaction media using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a steric stabilizer and 2,2′-azobisizobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator in suitable condition.The polystyrene microspheres had good sphericity and smooth intact surface.
