摘要
研究了废有机玻璃再生甲基丙烯酸甲酯新工艺流程。粗单体在开发出的高效复合聚结板式油水分离器中有效地脱除水和甲醇 ,再经特殊精密精馏 ,得到质量分数为 99.5 %的甲基丙烯酸甲酯 ,单体收率 96 %。
A new process of recycling methyl methacrylate (MMA) by cracking waste polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is studied in this paper.With the help of the high efficiency composite-coalescence-plate oil-water separator,the water and methanol in the raw monomer has been removed effectively.Finally,99.5% pure MMA is obtained through the special precise distillation,with the yield rate of 96%.This technology exploited a new way of reusing waste PMMA.
