Cleaner production process for hydrazine hydrate

根据清洁生产的理论和实施原则 ,结合水合联氨生产的实践及现状 ,分析了原有水合联氨生产工艺存在的污染问题 ,提出了水合联氨清洁生产工艺的方案 ,并对该清洁生产工艺的经济效益和环境效益进行了分析。

According to the theory and implementing principles of cleaner production,various pollution problems in the past process with hydrazine hydrate are analyzed with the application and current situation of production of hydrazine hydrate.A new scheme for applying cleaner production process in production of hydrazine hydrate is proposed.The environmental effects as well as the economic results of the new process are analyzed.
