摘要
采用淀粉和蔗糖为赋形剂制备法莫替丁含药微丸 ,以乙基纤维素为包衣材料 ,采用悬浮包衣法制备了法莫替丁缓释微丸 ,并用正交设计筛选出了最佳制备工艺参数。释放度研究结果表明 :在进风温度为 4 5°C,喷雾压力为14 7k Pa及输液速度为 10 m l/ m in的条件下进行包衣 ,可制得在 12 h内释药符合 Higuchi模型动力学过程的缓释微丸。
The parameters of coating technology of famotidine sustained release pellets were optimized by orthogonal experiment design. Using starch and sucrose to make bead core and ethylcellulose as coating material, sustained release pellets were prepared by suspension coating technology. The optimal condition was 45 °C for inlet air temperature, 147 kPa for spray nozzle pressure and 10 ml/min for spray rate of coating solution. The release behavior of the pellets follows the Higuchi equation very well.
