摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定头孢泊肟酯中有关物质。以 Shim- Pack VP- ODS为色谱柱 ,甲醇 -水为流动相梯度洗脱 ,柱温 4 0°C,2 4 0 nm波长检测。
A HPLC method with gradient operation for determination of the related substances in cefpodoxime proxetil was established. A Shim Pack VP ODS column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol water. The UV detection wavelength was 240 nm, and the column temperature was 40°C.
