Effect of repeated +G_z exposures on platelet adhesiveness, aggregation and hemorheology in rats

摘要 目的 探讨 +Gz 重复暴露后 ,大鼠血小板计数 (PL T)、粘附试验 (PAd T)、聚集试验(PAg T)和血液流变学的变化。 方法 利用动物离心机 ,将大鼠分别重复暴露 +10 Gz 2 0 s、+10 Gz40 s,共作用 4次 ,两次之间间歇 5 min。观察 +Gz暴露后 ,PL T、PAd T、PAg T和血液流变学的变化。 结果  +10 Gz 40 s组与对照组相比 ,PL T、PAd T和 PAg T都明显增加 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;全血粘度 (ηb)、全血还原粘度 (ηrd)和红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)亦增加 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。+10 Gz 2 0 s与对照组相比 ,各参数无明显变化。 结论  +10 Gz 40 s重复暴露可引起血小板粘附、聚集功能增强和血液流变学的改变 ,而 2 0 s的 10 Gz Objective To investigate the changes of platelet count (PLT), platelet adhesiveness(PAdT), platelet aggregation (PAgT) and hemorheology in rats after repeated +G z exposures. Methods Twenty four SD rats served as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and 2 experimental groups, which underwent repeated (4 times)+10 G z 20 s and +10 G z 40 s respectively with 5 min interval in between 2 exposures. PLT, PAdT, PAgT and hemorheology were measured after repeated +G z exposures. Results Compared with those of control group the PLT, PAdT and PAgT of +10 G z 40 s group were significantly higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01); and the hemorheology indexes also showed significant changes, while in +10 G z 20 s group the changes of these indexes were non-significant. Conclusion The repeated +10 G z 40 s exposures can induce changes of PLT, PAdT, PAgT and hemorheological indexes in rats, while repeated +10 G z 20 s exposures can't.
