复方咳必清糖浆中枸橼酸喷托维林和氯化铵的含量分析方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分别用高效液相色谱法和电位滴定法测定复方咳必清糖浆中枸橼酸喷托维林和氯化铵的含量。方法:枸橼酸喷托维林的含量测定采用WatersSymmetryC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以0.05M醋酸铵-乙腈-三乙胺(55450.05,用冰醋酸调节pH至7.5)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为225nm;氯化铵的含量采用0.1mol/L硝酸银电位滴定。结果:枸橼酸喷托维林峰面积在0.02~0.06mg/ml范围内与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.28%(RSD=1.2%);氯化铵的平均回收率为100.07%(RSD=0.3%)。结论:本文所采用的方法操作简便,结果准确。 Objective: The HPLC method and a potentiometric method were respectively used in determination of Pentoxyverine citrate and Ammonium chloride in their compound syrup. Methods:Waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6mm×150mm,5μm), a mixture of 0.05M Ammonium acetate, Acetonitrile and Triethylamine (55450.05, pH was adjusted to 7.5 by glacial acetic acid) as mobile phase in determination of Pentoxyverine Citrate were used. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detective wavelength was 225nm. A potentiometer titration (0.1mol/L AgNO 3 solution) was used in determination of Ammonium chloride. Results:The linearity between the peak area of Pentoxyverine Citrate and its concentration was nicer in the range of 0.02~0.06mg/ml (correlation coefficient = 0.9998). The average recovery rate of Pentoxyverine Citrate was 99.28% (RSD= 1.2%). The average recovery rate of Ammonium chloride was 100.07% (RSD=0.3%). Conclusion:The above mentioned methods were characterized by simplicity, rapidity and accuracy.
