托玛琳治疗退行性骨关节疾病和软组织伤病的作用

Effect observation of Tourmaline on osteoarthritis,fibrositis and soft tissue injuries

目的观察托玛琳对退行性骨关节疾病、软组织伤病的作用。方法随机选择退行性骨关节疾病、软组织损伤等患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用含托玛琳的德玛健康寝具进行治疗。对照组患者视病变的不同分别采用较常用的理疗方法进行治疗。分别采用目测类比评分(VAS)和临床疗效评定来评定治疗效果。结果两组治疗前与治疗后的疼痛评分和临床症状评分比较均差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);两组之间比较,治疗后的疼痛评分和临床症状评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),临床治疗有效率也差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论托玛琳对软组织伤病和机体组织退行性疾病等引起的各种临床症状和体症有明显的治疗和缓解作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Tourmaline o n osteoarthritis,fibrositis and so ft tissue injuries.Method60patients with osteoarthritis,fibrositis or soft tissue injuries were randomly divid ed into the treatment group and contr ol group.30cases were treated by the Tourmaline or physiotherapy method separately.The clinical effect was evaluated by visual anlogus scale an d clinical method.Result VAS was decreased singnificantly and th e total effective rate was 86.7%In tr eatment group.The difference was significant statistically before and after treatment in treatment group a nd control group(P<0.01).The clinical effective rate and VAS in treatment group were not differen t from those in group control(P>0.05).Conclusion It is demonstrated that the Tourmali ne many be a usefully material and acc elerate recovery of patients with osteoarthritis,fibr ositis and soft tissue injuries.
