下丘脑-垂体-生长轴基因缺陷致儿童矮小症研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 儿童的生长发育受多种因素的作用,其中下丘脑-垂体-生长轴的调节是最重要的,该轴分泌调节的主要成分包括生长激素(GH)和类胰岛素生长因子系统(IGFs)。该轴上生长激素、生长激素受体、类胰岛素生长因子、类胰岛素生长因子受体等各种因子缺陷均会导致儿童矮小症,如今各因子缺陷的原因已追溯至基因水平,对相关基因的研究有助于探索矮小症病因。
