摘要
本文依据政策科学的研究方法 ,从政策主体、政策目标、政策问题、政策内容和政策形式五个方面对我国国家信息政策的体系构建进行了探索性的研究 ;将国家信息政策的内容体系划分为经济和法律两个层面加以阐述 ;对国家信息政策的制定原则、方法提出了合理的建议。
The paper goes deep into research on the construction of national information policy.The information policy system includes main body,objectives,problems,contents and form.The authors analyze the contents of information policy from economic and legal aspect.Furthermore,the authors put forward the rational suggestions about how to establish the principles.
