技术的变迁会引发制度的变迁。本文探讨了信息经济制度变迁的特点 ,分析了信息经济时代的制度需求和制度供给状况 ,最后讨论了信息经济发展与制度变迁 (包括正式制度变迁和非正式制度变迁 )的关系 ,指出一个国家或地区信息经济的进一步发展需要相应的制度建设做保证。

The technical evolvement will lead to institutional evolvement.This thesis examined the features of the institutional evolvement of information economy,analysed the situation of institutional demand and supply at the time of information economy,and at the end studied the relation between the development of information economy and the institutional evolvement (including formal and informal institutional evolvement) and suggested that a further development of a national or regional information economy needs corresponding institutional construction.
