摘要
近年来 ,许多单位和部门都在探索科学、客观、公正、可量化的科技人员科研业绩综合评估的体系与方法 ,本文对该新兴领域的有关理论和方法进行概述 ,并简要回顾现行国内的评估状况 ,指出评估进程中存在的不足 ,最后对科技评估的发展提出了若干建议。
Recently,many studies have been focused on exploring scientific,objective,just and quantitative systems and methods to comprehensively evaluate scientific research achievement.In this paper,we provided information about the theories and the methods in the developing field,reviewed briefly its current situation in China,pointed out the shortages in the evaluation process,and made some advice to the development.
