摘要
目的 了解急性一氧化碳中毒 (ACMP)者血浆内皮素 (ET)与血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)的变化及二者的关系 ,进一步探讨ACMP的机制及寻找新的有效治疗方法。方法 建立急性一氧化碳中毒大鼠实验模型 ,用放射免疫法测定ACMP时及给予维拉帕米 (verapamil,Ver)后大鼠血浆ET、血清TNF的浓度 ,并与高压氧 (HBO)治疗进行对比研究。结果 大鼠ACMP时 ,血浆ET、血清TNF均升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,ET升高较TNF早 ;钙拮抗剂Ver与HBO治疗均可抑制血浆ET、血清TNF的升高 (P <0 0 1 )。
Objective In order to understand changes of the blood ET and TNF levels in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning(ACMP) and the relationship between them,and to further explore the mechanism of ACMP as well as to find out a more effective treatment.Methods A rat experiment model of ACMP was established.Blood ET and TNF concentration were measured by radioimmunoassay during ACMP and after verapamil(Ver) administration.A comparative study was carried out with the hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)treatment.Results After ACMP,the blood ET and TNF concentrations of the rat both increased ( P <0 01),and the ET concentration increased earlier than that of TNF.Both the calcium channel blocking agent Ver,and HBO can inhibit the increase blood ET and TNF.Conclusion Ver can probably be a new agent for treating patients with ACMP. [
