全身炎症反应综合征患者抗炎因子对T淋巴细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:14

The effect of anti-inflammatory cytokine on apoptosis of T lymphocytes in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome

摘要 目的 探讨全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)患者抗炎症细胞因子对T淋巴细胞 (简称T细胞 )凋亡的影响。方法 符合SIRS诊断 42例 ,分别在入院当天和第 2、 4天清晨空腹抽肘静脉血 3ml,测定转化细胞生长因子 β (TGF β)、白介素 1 0 (IL 1 0 )和CD3+T细胞、CD95+T细胞 ,并设对照组。结果 TGF β和IL 1 0入院第 1天起持续升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ;CD3+T细胞和CD95+T细胞入院当天即降低 ,第 2天后更低 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 ) ;TGF β与CD3+T细胞、CD95+T细胞具有显著的相关性 (r =- 0 71 5 ,- 0 672 ) ;IL 1 0与CD3+T细胞、CD95+T细胞呈显著的相关性 (r=- 0 597,- 0 60 4 )。结论 抗炎因子诱导T淋巴细胞凋亡增加 ,总数减少和免疫功能紊乱 ;适度拮抗抗炎症细胞因子 ,使致炎因子与抗炎因子达到平衡 。 Objective To investigate the effect of anti inflammatory cytokine on apoptosis of T lymphocytes in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS).Methods 42 patients with SIRS were regarded as patient group and 3ml blood drawn from cubital vein with empty stomach in the early morning of 1,2 and 4 days after hospitalization,and transforming growth factor β(TGF β),interleukin 10(IL 10),CD3 +T lymphocytes and CD95 +T lymphocytes were measured and healthy objects were used as control group.Results TGF β and IL 10 of patient group increased continuously on the first day after hospitalization and was significantly different from that of control group( P <0 01).CD3 +T lymphocytes and CD95 +T lymphocytes of patient group decreased on the first day after hospitalization and remained low on the second day and was significantly different from that of control group ( P <0 05, P <0 01).TGF β was signficantly related to CD3 +T lymphocytes and CD95 +T lymphocytes( r =-0 715,0 672).IL 10 was significantly related to CD3 +T lymphocytes and CD95 +T lymphocytes( r =-0 597,-0 604). Conclusion Anti inflammatory cytokine induced the apoptosis of T lymphocytes,decreased its total quantity and disturbed its immune function.So suppressing the anti inflammatory cytokine appropriately and reaching the balance of inflammatory cytokine and anti inflammatory cytokine may be benificial in the control of SIRS. [
