采用吊阀系统的油罐强度有限元分析

摘要 采用弹性力学理论对油罐径向位移进行了理论分析 .在有限元计算模型的处理中 ,对由不同厚度钢板焊接而成的罐壁进行了板壳元的厚度偏移处理 ,并详细讨论了地震载荷的计算和影响 .为提高计算精度 ,在整体计算的基础上 ,对油罐吊阀部位进行了有限元局部细化分析 .计算结果表明 ,在罐壁与管道连接处存在严重的应力集中 ,在吊阀系统设计时应引起重视 . At first, this paper carries out a theoretical analysis on the radial displacement of the oil tank based on elastic mechanics. Secondly, a FEA model is built, in which the plate offset effect is considered for the variable thickness tank wall and the effect of the seismic load is analyzed. To improve the results, a sub model is built and analyzed in detail for the local place supporting the hanging valve assembly on the wall. The FEA results shows that a noticeable stress concentration phenomenon is formed at the joint between the tank wall and the pipe.
