摘要
位置伺服系统中先由位置给定量与反馈量的差值经过位置调节器的调节产生速度给定量 ,再由速度给定量与速度反馈量的差值经过速度调节器的作用最终实现准确的定位。由上述位置伺服系统的工作过程可见位置伺服系统中角速度的检测是非常重要的一个环节 ,而角速度的检测是由各种角速度传感器来完成的。正是基于速度检测在位置伺服系统中的重要性 ,本文介绍了位置伺服系统中常用的几种速度检测传感器 :测速发电机、测速桥、光栅等的结构、原理及其信号处理电路。
In position servo system, the error for the position given and position feedback is regulated by the position regulator to produce speed given. Second, the error for the speed given and speed feedback is regulated by the velocity regulator; and finally, the exact positioning is carried out. According to the working process of the above position servo system, we realize that angle acceleration measurement is one of the important taches; moreover, the measurement is made by all kinds of angle acceleration sensors. Just based on the above reason, the article generally describes several speed sensors that are frequently used: the speed measuring generator, the speed measuring bridge, and the optical grating. The paper discusses their structures, principles and their signal processing circuits.
