摘要
研究了由固体废物 (炼铁废渣和炼钢废渣 )制取的两种聚硅酸系混凝剂处理印染废水。结果表明 ,聚硅酸系 1 # 混凝剂处理废水其COD去除率可达 60 % ,色度去除率可达 80 % ,聚硅酸系2 # 混凝剂处理废水其COD去除率可达 45 % ,色度去除率可达 77% ;。这两种聚硅酸系混凝剂不仅处理效果好 ,工艺简单 ,成本低廉 ,而且可以达到以废治废的目的 ,同时提高了废水的可生化性 ,为废水的后续处理打下了良好的基础。
Two polymerized silicate coagulants are made from solid wastes for treating printing and dyeing wastewater . According to experiment, the removal rate of COD and color degree was about 60% and 80% respectively by polymerized silicate coagulant 1; the removal rate of COD and color degree was about 45% and 77% respectively by polymerized silicate coagulant 2. The result further indicated that it is not only an efficient, simple and convenient technique but it also applies a kind of industrial waste material without further pollution. It is worthwhile to be promoted widely. In addition, it improved the biodegradability of wastewater and ameliorated after\|treatment conditions.
