摘要 利用三电极两间隙的触发放电方式配合相应的电源调波电路构成了一种无开关的毛细管等离子体射流发生器装置。实验研究了开关时延的特性 ,分析了毛细管放电的击穿发展过程 ,验证了无开关毛细管等离子体发生器概念的可行性。 A switchless capillary plasma jet generator has been developed. Some switch characteristics are introduced into the conventional capillary plasma generator by a small energy trigger circuit and an intermediate electrode. Its feasibility was proved also by experimental study of trigger time lag and designation of a matching power supply shaping circuit.
