遗传算法在奇点法设计平面叶栅中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 提出了一个基于小生境遗传算法的平面叶栅优化设计方法。该方法利用奇点分布法设计无厚翼型初始骨线,在最大厚度一定的条件下,采用NACA-0012型空气动力翼型的厚度分布规律对已知骨线进行加厚得到翼型,从而得到平面叶栅。然后通过遗传算法使平面叶栅表面边界层中的流动损失最小化,以此搜索最佳的骨线形状。已知叶栅的流场分析由一个基于边界元的程序完成。假定总损失与叶栅表面边界层中的流动损失成正比,该损失可通过积分法计算叶栅边界层得到。将该方法应用于ZZ440叶栅的设计,结果显示是有效和可行的。 This paper puts forward an optimization design approach for 2-D cascade based on niche genetic algorith-m.The approach designs the thicknessless wing initial bone line by using singularities method.Given determined most thic-kness, the airfoil can be obtained by thickening the known bone line according to the thickness distribution law of NACA-0012 aerodynamic airfoil,consequently the 2-D cascade can be achieved. Then, it searches the best bone line through minimizing the flow loss of the cascade surface boundary layer by using genetic algorithm.The computer program based on Boundary Element Method accomplishes the flow field analysis of known cascade. Assumed that the total loss has a direct proportion with the flow loss of the cascade surface boundary layer, the loss can be gained by calculating boundary layer using integral method. Applied the approach above said to the design of ZZ440 cascade,the result is proved to be effective and feasible.
