摘要
该文论述了300 MW火电机组优化运行系统中在线能耗分析的具体实现方法,数据预处理及结合准三元计算的性能指标,合理地确定机组的运行指标应达值。同时详细介绍研制成的“300 MW火电机组在线能耗分析软件”的结构功能及特点,系统实时给出各指标的能耗分析结果和操作运行指导,提高了火电机组运行的经济性,为电厂的节能降耗提供科学手段。
An implementation on real-time analyzing energy-loss of 300MW unit is discussed, and a method of data preprocessing and reference value confirming their performance is also put forward, based on quasi-three-dimensional calculation. Consequently, some functions and characteristic of the analyzing software are introduced in detail. Resulting in a system that provides real-time energy-losses and operation instructions to improve the economic operation, to help in energy saving and in reducing the coal consumption rate.
