利用EMTP程序对华中500kV电网在黑启动过程中可能产生的自励磁、工频、谐振、操作等内过电压进行了计算和分析,得出了各种方案下的过电压水平,为合理选取黑启动恢复路径和方案提供了依据,确保恢复过程中过电压水平合乎规程规定。

By calculating and analyzing the inner over-voltage during the process of black-start of 500kV central Chi na power network with EMTP,the over-voltage level under all circumstances,which provides basis of the rea-sonable recovery path and scheme and ensures that the level of over-voltage fit the regula tions,is gained.
