Rationally Designing Relaying Protection Scheme for Power System Black-Start

电网黑启动是在电网出现瓦解全停后十分重要的选择。黑启动过程与正常运行方式有极大的不同,主要特点是单侧电源的小网系统,系统容量很小,短路水平较正常时大为减少。在设计黑启动过程保护方案时,应针对不同的黑启动方案计算该种方式下的短路电流,制订合理的继电保护方案。文章以湖北电网首次黑启动试验为例,讨论制订黑启动过程的继电保护方案的思路和方法。

Power system black-start is a very important choice after system black out.Due to the great difference be-tween normal operation and black-start,the fault current should be calculated again in the process of designing pro-tection scheme for system black-start.This paper discusses the method to make protection scheme for system black-start with the case of the first black-start test of Hubei power system.
