摘要
纳米材料是近年来出现的一种新型功能材料,是纳米技术发展的重要基础。文中概述了世界纳米技术的研究发展计划,简要介绍了纳米材料的制备方法,并给出了纳米技术在微机械领域中的应用情况。
Nanometer material is a kind of new functional material in recent years, it is the important basis of the nanotechnolo-gy. The research & development plan about the worlds nanotechn-ology is proposed in this paper. Also its making method and the application situation the field of MEMS are summerized here.
