摘要
以菜青虫幼虫为试虫 ,经室内毒力测定 Bt制剂添加物的增效作用 ,结果表明 11种添加物加入 Bt制剂后均有不同的增效作用。将增效添加物加入 Bt80 10菌粉 ,置于 5 4℃恒温条件下贮放 14 d后 ,取出测定添加物对 Bt80 10菌的影响 ,结果有 6种添加物 ,能明显降低加温贮存后 Bt80 10菌的芽胞数与杀虫率。田间试验结果表明 ,5种对 Bt80 10菌安全的增效添加物 ,按不同比例配成 3组复合添加剂 ,再与 Bt80 10 WP混合后 ,能明显提高对小菜蛾、菜青虫。
The toxicity of various additives mixed into Bt 8010 WP were tested by using the larvae of cabbage worm as testing insect. The result showed that 11 sorts of additives had different synergisms, of which 6 sorts of additives could destroy the Bt bacteria and decrease the effect of Bt bacteria on killing pest when they were mixed into Bt 8010 bacteria under 54℃ for 14d. 3 groups of synergist, composed of 5 sorts of additives that didn't destroy Bt bacteria with different proportion, were mixed into Bt 8010 WP, which could increase the activity of Bt8010 WP against the larvae of Plutella xylostella?Pieris rapae and Mamestra brassicae.
