摘要
研究测定了A5 4胞外毒素与Bt毒蛋白对棉铃虫的交互作用。结果发现随着棉铃虫饲料中A5 4外毒素浓度的增加 ,棉铃虫幼虫的死亡率显著上升 :随着棉铃虫饲料中Bt毒蛋白浓度的增加 ,棉铃虫幼虫的死亡率也显著上升。方差分析的结果表明二者互有增效作用。
Interactions between Xenorhabdus bovienii A54 oral toxin and Bt crystal protein were studied. With the increase of A54 toxin or Bt crystal protein in the larvae diet, mortality of Helicoverpa armigera larvae both increased significantly. The results of variance analysis suggested that there are synergism between A54 toxin and Bt crystal protein.
