摘要
在淹水胁迫下 ,对烟草、油菜叶片光呼吸酶乙醇酸氧化酶 (GO)、羟基丙酮酸还原酶 (HPR)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、呼吸速率、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及丙二醛 (MDA)含量进行了研究。实验结果表明 :淹水胁迫下 ,烟草、油菜叶片光呼吸途径中 HPR、GO、CAT酶活性升高 ,呼吸作用加强 ,并且耐淹能力强的油菜品种中油 82 1增加幅度大于耐淹能力弱的烟草品种 SRI;淹水胁迫使植物体内 SOD活性升高 ,但在淹水胁迫后期 ,油菜体内 SOD活性开始下降 ;淹水胁迫下 ,烟草、油菜叶片中 MDA含量升高。
Variation of activities of hydroxypyruvate reductase(HPR), glycolate oxidase(GO), catalase(CAT),SOD and total respiratory rate and MDA content under flooding stress were stu- died in leaves of tobacco and rape. The results showed that the photorespiratory enzymes of both plants were increased with the prolonged flooding time. While these enzymes in rape were significantly higher than those of tobacco. The activities of SOD in both plants were increased after two days of flooding treatment, while the activity of SOD in rape was decreased slightly in the later stage of flooding stress. The content of MDA in both plants were increased under flooding stress.
