369例中药注射剂的不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

目的 了解中药注射剂不良反应 ( Adverse Drug Reaction ADR)情况。 方法 收集国内公开发行医药杂志所报道的中药注射剂 ADR文献 ,按世界卫生组织 ( WHO)国际药品监测合作中心的药物ADR分类方法分类 ,进行统计分析。 结果 13种中药注射剂 ,ADR36 9例 ,男性 >女性 ;累及 8个类型 ;是以全身性损害与局部及附件损害为主 ;70 %的 ADR是在数秒钟至 6 0 m in内发生。 结论 临床应高度重视中药注射剂的 ADR,确保用药有效安全。

Objective In order to know the adveres drug reaction(ADR) of the traditioal Chinese medicine injection Methods We have analyses date of ADR of the traditional Chinese medicine injection on documets of medicine and drug within 10a ADR cases were put into different categories by the method of International drug Monitor Center of WHO Results ADR 369 cases ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injection were caused by 13 species crugs; man were more then women; The major ADR were the danage of whole body and skin and appendix Conclusions Should hight pay attention to ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injection so that the use of drugs in clinic were more effective and safe
