摘要
目的 了解甘氨酰谷氨酰胺 (Gly Gln)对小肠移植的营养支持作用。方法 对 10只杂种猪行自体小肠移植后随机分成标准全肠外营养 (TPN)组和 2 %Gly Gln强化的TPN组 ,两组动物均给予等氮 (0 3g·kg-1·d-1)、等热量 (非蛋白热卡为 137 9kJ·kg-1·d-1)的TPN支持 ,两组动物均观察2 8d。结果 Gly Gln强化的TPN组移植小肠的粘膜Gln(1 14± 0 2 0 ) μmol/g组织湿重及蛋白质含量(10 1± 2 2 )mg/g组织湿重 ,绒毛DNA(3 84± 0 39)和RNA(3 31± 0 14)相对含量、移植小肠的粘膜绒毛高度 (30 8± 5 2 ) μm、面积 (0 15 4± 0 0 19)mm2 和粘膜厚度 (6 6 5± 72 ) μm均明显高于标准全肠外营养组移植小肠的Gln(0 40± 0 18) μmol/g组织湿重、蛋白质 (72± 48)mg/g组织湿重含量和绒毛DNA(3 0 2± 0 6 5 )和RNA(2 2 9± 0 2 1)相对含量、绒毛高度 (2 5 5± 92 ) μm、面积 (0 12 0± 0 0 42 )mm2 和粘膜厚度 (5 89± 79) μm ,(P <0 0 5 )。 结论 Gly Gln能提高肠粘膜Gln含量 ,维持肠粘膜结构和功能。
Objective [WT5”BZ] To evaluate the effects of glycyl glutamine (Gly Gln) on the small intestinal graft. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ] Ten outbrid pigs undergoing small bowel autotransplantation were randomly divided into 2 groups. In STPN group, the animals received standard TPN devoid of Gly Gln,and in GTPN group,the animals received isonitrogenous (0 3?g·kg -1 ·d -1 )and isocaloric (nonprotein calory:137 9?kJ·kg -1 ·d -1 ) TPN with 2% Gly Gln.Animals were fed for 28 days. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ] At the end of TPN,the mucosal contents of Gln (1 14±0 20)?μmol/g tissue wet weight, protein (101±22)?mg/g and the villous contents of DNA (3 84±0 39) and RNA (3 31±0 14),the graft villous height (308±52) μm, surface area (0 154±0 019) mm 2 and mucosal thickness(665±72) μm were significantly higher in the GTPN group than that in STPN group ( P <0 05) with mucosal contents of Gln as (0 40±0 18) μmol/g , protein as (72±48) mg/g,the villous contents of DNA as 3 02±0 65, and RNA as 2 29±0 21, the graft villous height as (255±92) μm, surface area as (0 120±0 042) mm 2, and mucosal thickness as (589±79) μm.[WT5”HZ] Conclusion [WT5”BZ] The results of this study indicated that the glycyl glutamine enriched TPN increases mucosal Gln content, maintains graft structure and function.
