凋亡相关基因bak在原发性肝癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression of proapoptosis gene bak and its clinical Significance in pri mary hepatic carcinoma

目的 探讨细胞凋亡相关蛋白 bak在原发性肝癌 (Hcc)中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化 SP方法 ,检测 2 2例 Hcc、 2 2例 Hcc伴肝硬变、 2 0例肝硬变和 10例正常肝组织中 bak蛋白的表达。结果 bak蛋白阳性率 ,Hcc为 88.6 3% (39/ 4 4) ,肝硬变为 95 % (19/ 2 0 ) ,两者无显著差别 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,正常肝组织 4 0 % (4/ 10 )。结论 bak蛋白于 Hcc、肝硬变均呈高表达 。

Objective To search t h e expression and clinical significance o f apoposis associated protein bak in pri mary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).M ethod The expression of bak proteins in 22 cases of HCC,22 cases of HCC asso cisted with cirrhotic liver.20 cases of cirrhotic liver tissues and 10 cases of normal tissues were detected by immunohi stochemical SP method.Result The postive rate of bak protein in HCC was 88 63%(39/44) while that cirrhotic liver tissues was 95%(19/20) with significant difference between them(P>0 05) but posi tive rate of genebak in normal liver tis sues was 40%(4/10).Conclusion The gene bak was highest expression in HC C and cirrhotic liver tissues,so,gene bak plays an important role in controlled a poptosis in the liver cells and HCC.
